  • the color concerned;
  • a photo of the product and the package, in case of a problem upon receipt.

Before writing

Many answers can already be found in our FAQ: delivery times, order tracking, withdrawal, returns, and warranties.

Order tracking

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as the shipment is made. Expect 5 to 19 business days between the order and receipt. After 30 business days without delivery, write to us: we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Withdrawal

You have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Simply provide your order number in the form, and we will inform you of the procedure to follow.
